Dyno and Vehicle Tuning Waiver

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by MK Performance Tuning LTD ("the Company") regarding the use of dynamometer testing equipment and vehicle tuning services:

1. I understand that dynamometer testing and vehicle tuning involve inherent risks to my vehicle.

2. I acknowledge that the Company cannot guarantee specific performance gains or outcomes.

3. I confirm that my vehicle is in good mechanical condition and suitable for testing/tuning.

4. I understand that modifications may affect my vehicle's warranty and/or insurance.

5. I accept that the Company is not responsible for any mechanical failures or damage that may occur during or after testing/tuning.

6. I confirm that I have adequate insurance coverage for my vehicle.

7. I understand that testing may reveal pre-existing issues with my vehicle.

8. I acknowledge that results may vary based on environmental conditions and fuel quality.

By signing this waiver, I release MK Performance Tuning LTD, its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the use of their services. I have read and fully understand this waiver and voluntarily accept its terms.
